Diary Entry #5

October of 1789
Dear Diary,

So today was a long day, my husband's friends came over today they sat all day talking about politics and stuff like that. Alexander Hamilton and Thomas Jefferson had very different political ideas. Alexander believed in a strong central government led by the upper-class citizens and Jefferson did not approve of strong central governments especiallly if led by the rich, he instead favored a strong state and local governments that are based on popular participation.
